You know, you're going to have to find a way to thank me for constantly helping you because it's starting to feel like it's just me in this... but here goes. You got the bar part down, but you forget this is a nightclub as well. You need to get cups they can move with, dance with. Get some plastic cups, make sure they're neon and they glow, this helps them keep track of them. Get colorful drinks on the menu, get colorful shot glasses, A bar and lounge is calm, quiet, bring our your nicer stuff. but when you flip it to the club, you need to bring out the fun and disposable. Because like most of the night, people are going to forget those cups too.
